Boyes tackle
Was in my local at Billlingham Gutermann beads £2.40, peacock eyes 75p , marabou £1 a decent pkt. Also some Fladen Vantage 9' 4pce 8wt for £15.

IT MAYBE A QUID IVE TRIED IT FROM THERE AND THE PLACE DOWN TEAM VALLY IT STICKS TOGETHER I FOUND BUT AT A QUID U CANT GO WRONG

I've tried some Boyes stuff with mixed results.
The bulk strong line is great for tapered leaders and making loops with, the sea rigs (feathers, hokkais etc) are pretty good- but when it comes to the spinning/plugging stuff you have to give the hooks a serious test and the plugs action isn't good & the spinners don't spin.
However- their haberdashery departments are an alladins cave of nice coloured wires, pearly ribbings, mylar type tubing (a lovely copper one) and wools.
