coldingham site day report

10 of us arrived in morning to find thick fog and a cold easterly breeze sweeping across the loch, not the best of conditions but at least it wasn't raining , the morning was a struggle for most  apart from brad who seemed to find the fish, after a few bacon butties and a bit craic at lunchtime we all set off to find a few fish moving on top and in afternoon everyone caught something, ended up with 4 on dries, top rod was tinnie pete who surprisingly fished dries  the afternoon went quickly and soon it was over time for a cuppa and a bit more craic, plenty fish there but cold easterlies are not good for catching fish , i'm sure that a change of wind direction would have seen a lot more fish caught.
