river derwent 26/11
Had a look down river this afternoon , i set up two czech nymphs one with an orange hot spot and one with a pink hot spot.
First cast lead to an oos brownie...i thought this could be a good afternoon..Second cast into another.........ten casts later was six fish in the net.this went on for ninety minutes leading to 25 oos brownies and Three beautiful littles Ladys coming to hand. I think thats what is called the rite place rite time and luckily rite flies...

Isnt it funny that the browns come out to play when the seasons finished. I know they are more aggressive ect and want to put on weight .
I noticed last evening while walking me dog round the streets in the dark there was lots of worms out. The night before at the same time my car was white over with frost.
I like to not things like this down in my diary . Its nice to look back over your notes and decide for yourself if you think global warming is to blame for good and bad days.
