28 days of october

is any 1 taking part in the 28 days of stop smoking and drinking this October

I wouldn't have thought so lee....lol

Even if I was, I wouldn't tell anyone, I've got a proven track record of always falling at the first hurdle (e:g having a fag with the first cup of coffee on 1st October). Also, having thought about it, I would end up having nothing to do with my hands whilst fishing and watching everyone else pulling fish in.

OK Who has opened there Gob? TC i bet as only he knew   I am now on one of these [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and saving a fortune, Also got a protank 2 and a evod, and dropping the nicotine levels down to 10mg nicotine now.

I've said now't you have just put it on here . if you want to pack up that's up to you mate(good luck with it) . I've been threatening for years to pack up .
actually I'm drinking tea and having a cig while I'm righting this   

I have never smoked do not drink apart from the odd bender with the lads and wives the last 1 was valentines weekend started Friday finished sunday took Monday and Tuesday off to recover next bender is booked in early November my son is 21 and he having an engagement bash. A strong drink now is 2 tea bags in my cup

well I smoke but the rest is the same , last bender /drink was last year in kos I was ratted for 3 days after one night next week im in Ibiza so drink may pass my lips if I remember ill let you know . 2 tea bags mate boy your hard now .

I stopped 27 years ago when the Doc said I had Asthma, my good lady stopped shortly after and put the equivilant amount of smoking cash into a jar, £ 1000 was her target and she did it no problem.
Just heard last week her brother has cancer in both lungs, heavy smoker, pack it in guys before its too late, I would rather see you on the bank fishing instead of inside of a box.

Rather morbid but the Big C is no joke.
