river fishing

As a dedicated reservoir man ive got over 10 rods all around 10ft with differing 7-9 lines. I am wanting to fish our local rivers more here. The rivers here are very small with lots of bank obstructions. Ive used the bigger rods but am looking at getting a 7- 8 foot rod and wf 4-5 floater. Any ideas where i can get these?

I use 7ft 3wt on a small river that in places is very overgrown, bushes, trees ect and it's hard not to clip a tree branch ect so i use cheap rods, also if I'm wading and need to climb up a steep bank out of river I just throw rod up bank and have 2 hands free for climbing out.
