Sweethope Fishery Report 4th November
Fishery Report-Sweethope Loughs November 4th 2013
Conditions this week have been cool and windy and most catches have been on lures.
19 rainbows have been taken, mostly from the lower lake where visitors have been able to find more sheltered water.
As I write this the weather is a lot kinder though. Keep an eye on the weather report.
Successful fly patterns: red muddler, Dawson’s Olive, daiwl bach, green fritz.
Heaviest fish 3lb.
From this week pike fisherman are welcome to come and try their luck on a catch and return basis and there are reported to be some big fish inhabiting the lower lake.
