Leon charity Day or ukga charity trophy (october)

well it's that time again .
I'm looking at arranging  the charity day in October at Langley (we will keep the Name Leon Day or the new name UK Game angler charity trophy )you decide I'll put a pole up .
if any one interested please add your name here , fishing would be from 8-30/9 until 4pm . stopping for dinner and a chin wag at 12 for 1/2 an hour or so .
There will be a trophy up for grabs   for the winner.
However this year I was thinking for the smallest rainbow/blue trout just to put a twist in the fun day  
or we could have 2 trophy's  one for the smallest and one for either the heaviest bag or single fish  again you decide .Put your preference on your post and we can go with the majority .

A raffle will be held on the day so any donations to the raffle would be appreciated .


now then this year I am hoping to send any money raised to the RVI maternity ward for still born baby's    they are desperate for new cribs and blankets etc. (they don't get a budget for these only donations ) . I picked this because as a few of you know my daughter lost her baby a couple of months ago. when talking to one of the specialist nurses she was saying about needing new cribs and other things as on average there are between 5-10 still born baby's a month around 1 in every150 new born' s are still born , they do an amazing job.

That's a very good cause mate. It's something which touches so many family's and those of us who have gone through something like that know the hard work they do in the units.
Im sure the members will agree

I'm pleased you all agree so far with the charity choice it means a lot to me and the family
