what tarns to fish in the lake district?

Hello guys I am going to the lake district in a few weeks time and would like some info on which tarns are worth fishing and what flies to use? I know it will probablys be freezing lol, been looking at red tarn on helvellyn has anyone fished it?

yes maby a moon ago with bait only mind i dont think your allowed to fish for them fish in there now there protected
