Feel sorry for one couple on the site, the owners have decided to cut the 30+ foot Leylandii trees down directly behind there van, along with big imprints of the tractor tyres that have churned up all there grass that they seeded and flattened out last season, they aint very happy people, when I phoned n told em Shocked  at least there van is ok.

We are going to give it another few weeks after last years little disaster.
It was nicely drained all winter then we opened it up and the pipes burst behind the shower the Sunday night !!

Well back from our first weekend all ok , water connected curtains hung cupboards restocked all done and dusted in 3 hrs.
