Combat PTSD
Hi All,
Just an introduction of myself and what I have to put up with, I`m ex RAF Regiment and did 15 years. 3 Years ago i was diagnosed with Combat PTSD, found help at Combat Stress who put back 38 years and i think i have lived a lie for this time. They open the trap door but don't know how to close it.
My therapy which helps a lot which I took back up at Combat Stress the only good thing is Fly Fishing, and also fly tying. I have good times and bad times thats why I don't turn up sometimes as its haed to do anything from sit and fester some days or weeks.
So if there are any ex forces on here will be a bonus, and also member of other sites which have people in the same boat.
regards
Stan
