WHILE WATCHING THE LOCAL NEWS I SAW DARLINGTON HAD SENT COUNCIL REPRESENTIVES TO COPENHAGEN TO SEE HOW THE CLEAN DRUG ROOM WAS HELPING THE DRUG ADDICTS GET HIGH. DARLINGTON HAVE A SIMILAR SCHEME IN PLACE AND ARE NOW SUPPLYING "FREE DRUGS TO SMACK HEADS".................LAST YEAR WHEN MY SON FINISHED HIS JOINERY APPRENTICE DARLINGTON COLLAGE  ASKED IF I WAS PREPARED TO TRAIN ANOTHER APPRENTICE JOINER AT MY COST AS THEIR WAS NO MONEY AVAILABLE FOR TRAINING. ...........................
SO DARLINGTON ARE HAPPY TO GIVE FREE DRUGS NEEDLES AND A SHELTER TO GET HIGH BUT NOT FUND A TEENAGER LOOKING FOE ACTIVE EMPLOYMENT.

Its bloody rediculous Lee....it anoy's me that our hard earned taxes go to paying for smack heads and alcoholics....!!! one of my pet hates ....am not gona get started on it....

It happens to be here in my home town, The junkies rob, burgle and steel to feed there addiction, too soft rings a bell, personally I would overdose the lot of em, and as for DBC don't start me off, they waste more cash every year, bad road schemes, leaflets telling people to stay safe on bonfire night and attend organized displays when they cancelled there own? COUNCIL REPRESENTIVES TO COPENHAGEN how much did that cost? Waste of tax payers cash and before anyone say's anything "YES" I do pay it.

I offered to meet DBC half way on collage fees for a new apprentice ian . I said id pay him the union rate plus holiday supply all PPE and hand tools but could not afford the £1300 a year for 4 years collage fees as well as pay him a days wage for been at collage once a week. but they point blank refused blaming new government policy,
